• 1/2kg sardines, cleaned
  • Olive oil
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • A handful of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp oregano, fresh or dried
  • Salt, pepper


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

In a pan, spread a bit of olive oil and place the sardines. Add all ingredients except the parsley and mix until all sardines are covered by the mustard, lemon juice and the rest of our ingredients.

Put the pan in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Sprinkle parsley and raw olive oil over the sardines and serve.
