Preparation
1. In a small bowl, combine garlic, paprika, oregano, dill, cumin, onion, salt and pepper. Drizzle with the olive oil and mix well to form a smooth marinade.
2. Place the pancetta strips in a shallow dish, pat dry and pour the marinade over the pancetta, ensuring all strips are well coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. For deeper flavor, marinate for up to 4 hours.
3. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated pancetta strips in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown. Be careful not to burn them, as pancetta cooks quickly.
4. Assemble the buns. Lightly toast the buns if desired.
5. Spread a generous amount of 3P Premium Tzatziki on the bottom half of each bun. Place a few lettuce leaves on top of the tzatziki, followed by tomato slices and red onion rings. Add the cooked pancetta strips on top of the vegetables.
Add more tzatziki to the top half of the bun.
6. Serve with a side of extra 3P Premium Tzatziki and enjoy!
