Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup 3Π barbeque sauce
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes

Preparation

1.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven 200°C.

2.Thread the chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients as you go.

3.Brush the chicken kebabs with the barbeque sauce mixture, reserving some for later.

4.Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Or bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.

5.Serve chicken kebabs with extra 3Π barbeque sauce.
