Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, boiled and cut into cubes
  • 2 pickled Florina peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup of capers
  • 1/4 cup of dill, finely chopped
  • 2 cups of 3P Potato Sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh salad greens for serving
  • Extra 3P Potato Sauce for garnishing
  • Lemon slices for garnishing (optional)

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked. Drain them and let them cool slightly before cutting them into cubes.

In a large bowl, combine the cut potatoes, finely chopped peppers, finely chopped red onion, sliced ​​black olives, capers, and finely chopped dill.

Add the 2 cups of 3P Potato Sauce and the 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the potato mixture.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all the ingredients well until they are homogeneous.

Place a ring mold on a serving plate.

Fill the mold with the potato mixture, pressing it lightly to keep its shape.

Carefully remove the mold. Place fresh salad greens on top of the potato salad.

Drizzle additional 3P Potato Sauce over the salad greens.

Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
