• 4 large, equal slices of Ciabatta bread
  • olive oil, for sprinkling
  • 2 cups of fresh salad greens
  • 2 cups of 3P Tuna Salad
  • 4 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 vinegar marinated cucumbers, cut into strips
  • salt and pepper


Put a grill pan on the fire.

Place the bread slices on the grill pan and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until crispy.

Place the salad greens on the bottom part of the bread.

Place the egg slices on top.

Spread a generous amount of 3P Tuna Salad over the eggs on the bread slices.

Place slices of cucumbers and red onions on top of the tuna salad. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Close with the lid of the bread and serve.
