• 300g 3P Golden Barbeque Sauce, extra for serving
  • 12 chicken wings
  • Fresh pepper
  • Fresh thyme


1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Halve the chicken wings at joints and discard wing tips.
3. Place wings on a baking tray covered with parchment paper or silicone mat.
4. Brush both sides of the chicken wings with the Golden Barbeque Sauce.
5. Season with pepper and sprinkle with thyme.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven, brush again with the Golden Barbeque Sauce and bake for another 15 minutes until the wings are crispy and browned.
8. Arrange the chicken wings in a baking pot with a lid and a small bowl in the middle.
9. Place a piece of wood on fire for a few minutes till starting to burn and place it in the small bowl. Close the lid and let the chicken wings smoke for a few minutes.
10. Serve with extra Golden Barbeque Sauce.
