Preparation
1. Cut the shrimp lengthwise carefully, without dividing them.
2. Place the panko in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, mix the flour, corn flour, cayenne pepper, garlic and salt.
4. Put the eggs in a third bowl and mix.
5. Bread the shrimp by coating them first with flour, then dipping in the beaten eggs, and finally covering them with panko.
6. Heat the oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
7. Serve the shrimp with the 3P Aioli Sauce.
