  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 tbsp 3P Creamy Avocado Sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 slices of smoked salmon
For garnishing:
  • white and black sesame
  • salt
  • chives, finely chopped
  • lime slices
3p-mayo

Preparation

1. Brush the slices of bread with olive oil and cook them in a grill pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.

2. Boil water in a pot.

3. Lower the heat so that the water does not boil.

4. Break each egg into a small bowl separately.

5. With a spoon, stir the water to create a circular current in the pot.

6. Carefully pour the eggs into the water one by one and leave them for 3-4 minutes.

7. When they are ready, remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on kitchen paper to drain.

8. Spread two tablespoons of 3P Creamy Avocado Sauce on each slice of bread.

9. Place two slices of smoked salmon on top. Add the poached egg to the salmon and garnish with sesame seeds, salt, and chopped chives.

10. Serve with additional 3P Creamy Avocado Sauce and lime slices.
