Preparation
Clean the shrimp leaving only the tails and keep the shells aside for the broth.
Using a toothpick, remove the intestines from the shrimp.
In a pot, put all the ingredients for the broth, together with the shrimp shell.
Simmer for about 40 minutes to an hour.
Add the shrimps to the broth and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the shrimp to ice to halt cooking.
Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice and place the shrimp on the rim of the glass.
Fill a bowl with 3P Cocktail Sauce and place it in the center of the glass.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and fresh parsley leaves.
