• 800g minced beef
  • 1 cup of 3P Mayo Truffle and some extra for serving
  • 4 burger buns
  • fresh lettuce leaves
  • tomato, in slices
  • red onions, in slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper


1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

2. Divide the minced meat into four equal parts (200g each) and form 4 burgers.

3. Place the burgers on the grill, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side.

4. Brush the grill pan with a little olive oil and toast the buns.

5. Spread 2 large spoonfuls of 3P Mayo Truffle on both sides of each bun.

6. Assemble the burger by placing the bottom bun and spreading 2 large spoons of 3P Mayo Truffle.

7. Add the lettuce and tomato slices. Then place the cooked burger and spread another spoonful of 3P Mayo Truffle. Add slices of red onions. Spread the top bun with the 3P Mayo Truffle and close the burger.

8. Serve immediately.
