Ingredients

  • 450g pork mince
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup of green peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup of corn
  • 8 fajita wraps
  • 3P Cheddar Sauce
3p-mayo

Preparation

In a large pan, cook the minced pork over medium heat, until it turns brown.

Add the onion and cook for a few minutes until it starts to soften. Then, add the paprika, cumin, chili, garlic and salt.

Stir and cook for a few more minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes, green peppers and corn. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the mince is cooked through.

Heat the fajita wraps in a separate pan or on a grill. Turn them over and place a portion of the pork and vegetable mixture on one half of each one.

Spread the 3P Cheddar Sauce on top.

Fold the fajita wraps in half and cook them on one side until they are well browned. Then, flip them over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Remove the quesadillas from the heat and serve them warm.
