• 250g 3P Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 60g fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 12g ginger, grated
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish


Preheat oven at 180°C.
Mix the Sweet Chili Sauce, fresh cilantro and ginger in a medium bowl.
Place salmons on a baking tray covered with parchment paper or silicone mat.
Remove any bones from salmon fillets.
Cover fillets with the chili sauce mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with aromatic basmati rice and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
