Sweet chili salmon fillets
Preheat oven at 180°C.Mix the Sweet Chili Sauce, fresh cilantro and ginger in a medium bowl.Place salmons on a baking tray covered with parchment paper or silicone mat.Remove any bones from salmon fillets.Cover fillets with the chili sauce mixture.Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.Serve with aromatic basmati rice and garnish with fresh cilantro…
